Seriously these videos are lifeCHANGING. I am taking notes, pausing the video, and thinking/journaling. Thank you Chrissy and everyone! This trauma is real and I second-guess it...try to suppress it, hide from it. It is real, but I know I am powerful enough to fill these holes with the truth.
My biggest takeaway has been doing non-distracted eating. It is really helping me. I'm getting better at listening to my body. Eating what I want, but also not eating something if it doesn't taste good! Just because it's healthy or fits into my plan, doesn't mean I have to eat it if it isn't good. I deserve to enjoy my food. I'm feeling really good.
